Dividend Portal may use artificial intelligence to organize research, discover potential sources, assist with calculation code, draft text and edit copy. AI is a tool—not an author, credentialed analyst, attorney or accountable reviewer.
Verification
AI-generated statements cannot enter a published report without verification. Quotations are checked against the original document, calculations are reproduced from stored inputs and material claims are linked to their supporting evidence.
Source hierarchy
We prefer SEC filings and exhibits, issuer dividend declarations and debt documents, government and regulator datasets, permitted index or exchange data, and licensed market data. Secondary reporting may provide context but should not replace an available primary source for a material claim.
Prohibited sources
Search snippets, chatbot answers, unsourced aggregators and social posts may help locate evidence but are not treated as evidence themselves. We do not fabricate experts, surveys, quotations, endorsements, credentials or citations.
Disclosure
Research pages identify AI assistance, the publisher, publication and modification dates, data-through date, methodology, sources, limitations and material conflicts. We do not describe content as independently or professionally reviewed unless that review occurred.
Data limitations
Free public data may be incomplete, delayed, amended or presented under inconsistent accounting concepts. Research pages disclose relevant coverage and timeliness limitations and use an unscorable status when critical data cannot be reconciled.
