Dividend Portal does not receive compensation from issuers, brokers, funds, affiliates, sponsors or securities discussed in its research. We do not sell favorable ratings or paid citation placement.
Covered positions
OcularIt Solutions, Inc., Dividend Portal and personnel involved in editorial decisions do not hold direct positions in actively covered securities. “Actively covered” begins when company-specific research is commissioned and provisionally ends 30 days after the latest material update, subject to counsel review.
Exceptions and disclosure
Broad diversified funds, independently managed accounts, pre-existing positions, accidental positions and household holdings require a written policy before production coverage. Any exception that creates a material conflict must be disclosed before coverage continues.
Editorial separation
Subscriber demand, sales goals and marketing plans do not determine a research conclusion. Issuers may submit factual corrections but do not receive editorial approval rights.
Policy development
This is the launch policy. Securities counsel will review the blackout period, household scope, managed-account treatment and exception process before paid research begins.
